внедрена технология изготовления тонкопленочных просветляющихся и прозрачных проводящих
покрытий методом вакуумного напыления, а также диэлектрических зеркал
оптических резонаторов газовых и твердотельных лазеров на основе оксидов,
фторидов, сульфидов металлов.
Внедрение этой
технологии позволяет наладить серийное и мелкосерийное изготовление этих покрытий
по согласованным техническим заданиям.
